BOOK FAIRS

The Story House Trolley brings high quality books to school & non-profits book fairs.

Our Fairs are Flexible. 

We offer Several Different Formats.

Or, will create something Unique for You.

TROLLEY BOOKFAIR

  • Single or multi-day.  

  • The trolley is set up with your custom book list.

  • At least one family night.

  • A Story House staff person onsite for the entire fair.

  • Limited number of parent volunteers are needed

  • Publicity materials

  • Online Fair Page

  • For the first $5000 sold: The donation is 10% in cash or 20% in book credit.

  • All sales over $5000: The donation increases to 15% in cash or 25% in book credit. 

INDOOR FAIR

& TROLLEY VISIT

  • Intended for multi-day fairs

  • Indoor space is set up with your custom book list.

  • Pending availability, the trolley will visit once during multi-day fairs.

  • A Story House staff person helps with set-up, pack-up & training volunteers.  A staff person works on the the trolley whenever it is present.

  • Parent volunteers staff the indoor fair.

  • Point of Sale equipment 

  • Publicity Materials

  • Online Fair Page

  • For sales under $5000, The donation is 15% in cash or 25% in book credit.

  • All sales over $5000: The donation increases to 20% in cash or 30% in book credit. 

  • Staffing is available for indoor fairs with the pecentage back lowered by 5%.   All 1-day indoor fairs are staffed.

 

ONLINE BOOK FAIRS

  • The Story House sets up a section on the website especially for the school or organization, with recommended titles and teacher book reviews.  

  • When the books arrive, the story house will deliver them to the school or organization with a list of orders

  • Volunteers  sort and deliver them to students or members

  • Publicity Materials

  • The donation is 25% in cash or 35% in book credit.
