Landon School is partnering with An Open Book Foundation during the book fair this year to give books to children in need. An Open Book Foundation brings authors, illustrators and their books to students at qualifying schools in the DC area to support literacy and expand home libraries. After every author event, each student receives a signed book to take home. An Open Book Foundation has asked Landon Families to purchase the book The Old Truck for a partner school - it is an adorable picture book.
